01The client
The client
Heelo sends licensed nurses to older adults' homes for regular foot care, the kind that keeps small problems from becoming serious ones. It serves seniors who cannot easily get to a clinic, and the adult children who help manage their parents' care from a distance.
02What we built
What we built
The public site explains the service and lets people join as founding members. Behind it, members book and reschedule visits, pick how often a nurse comes by, and pay online with itemized receipts they can hand to their insurance.
A rewards program tracks every sixth visit at half price with no codes to enter, and a referral discount comes off automatically. Families can share access, so siblings or a caregiver can book and pay on a parent's behalf and read the notes after each visit.
03The dashboard behind it
The dashboard behind it
Most of the work lives behind a login. We built a private dashboard where members and their family manage the subscription, and where the care team keeps track of visits, notes, and schedules. It is the engine of the service, so it is not linked from the public site, but it is the part that makes the rest run.
04Why it works
Why it works
The whole thing is built around trust. Older clients and their families need care that feels calm and dependable, so the booking, the payments, and the shared access all stay simple and clear. We build it, we host it, and we keep it running, so the team can focus on the people they visit.
